1. Return Policy

We accept returns within 7 days from the date you receive your order.

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition
The item must be returned in its original packaging
Proof of purchase is required

Return requests made after 7 days from delivery may not be accepted.

2. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are accepted within 10 days from the delivery date.
Customers may request an exchange for a different size, color, or product, subject to availability.
All exchanged items must meet the same eligibility conditions as returns.

To initiate a return or exchange:

Provide your order number and reason for return or exchange
Our support team will provide return or exchange instructions

Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

4. Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval status.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days after the return is approved.

5. Non-Returnable Items

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the item and packaging.
We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
